Who We Are
The Benefactor of Humanity ﷺ, with his saying “Al Khalq-o-I’yal Allah”
Brotherly relationship among humans, mutual sympathy and well-wishing, and peace and solicitude has been the basic need of a successful society. All religions including Islam have given it due importance and laid emphasis on making it a reality. Sincerity, nobility and human dignity is such a key point as is evident everywhere in Islamic teachings; and, in fact, an exemplary society free from any exploitation on the basis of colour or race, language or dress is formed only on these guiding principles. The Benefactor of Humanity ﷺ, with his saying “Al Khalq-o-I’yal Allah” (the entire creation is the progeny of Allah), made the creation of God one single family. The articles of the Book of Guidance and its collective thrust also testify to it.
Yeh pahla sabaq hai Kitab-e-Khuda ka (The very first lesson of the Book of God is)
Keh hai saari makhlooq kunba Khuda ka (that the entire creation is the family of God).
The salient feature of the ancient civilization and Sanatan culture of India too is that the majority of the people here believe in solicitude and humanity, kindness and benevolence, religious and cultural tolerance, unity in diversity and “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”(the world is one family), although a section has been busy in sabotaging this cultural and traditional asset of India, and also appears to be successful therein to some extent; but it is also true that every justice-loving citizen suffers in silence at these disquieting scenes and repulsive efforts. Furthermore, protests of agony and anger against them are evident to all and sundry, which prove that the collective temperament of the country, even today, values its positive values.
To sustain this temperament in the country, and to make inter-religious and joint efforts for it, some concerned and self-respecting sons of the country have decided to establish “Humanity Welfare Association”, so that this grand obligation may be fulfilled at least to some extent.
